This is a pretty piece. The handle on the holder is very ornate. The diameter is about 6 3/4". It is about 7" tall from top of handle to bottom of holder. It has been cleaned but needs to be polished. The marking on the bottom of the silver plate holder is #5761 and there is a Crown emblem. I could not identify.
