This is from an estate of a 100 year old woman and this was found in a trunk in attic along with many other ladies clothing from the era. It is in very good condition . I tried to photo the areas with small dots and a couple of spots where the fabric is thinning but the lighting is poor. The spots I believe will soak out as I have cleaned many of these over the years. I displayed this in my shop over the years and it is one of the nicer ones I have had. It is about a 26" waist X 32" long from top of waist to edge of lace hem X22" across the hip area. The back opening is secured with a small snap. With a little spot treatment and pressing it will be a beauty! Please message if you have questions and thanks for looking!
