This is a soft cardstock booklet with 14 pages of text bound with ribbon. It is about 6" X 4.5". As shown are tears on the cover front. The inner flap of the cover has come loose but is inside the booklet. The back cover has a corner tear. The inside is nice with no marks. There is a bookmark with Dodge Publishing info inside the booklet as well. The cardstock covering the book is starting to get brittle from age but has a nice vintage look.
